MasterMyLife

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of MasterMyLife by members, professionals, and visitors, including social features, websites, subscriptions, and transactions available through the platform.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Provider and scope

MasterMyLife is provided by AS TRAINING & COACHING SRL, a Romanian VAT-registered company incorporated on January 30, 2002, with unique registration code 14417580, VAT number RO14417580, Trade Registry number J2008003573406, EUID ROONRC.J2008003573406, and registered office at Șos. Colentina nr. 1, bl. 34, sc. 5, et. 2, ap. 170, Sector 2, Bucharest 021151, Romania. In these terms, “MasterMyLife,” “we,” or “the platform” means the digital service available at mastermylife.eu and this company.

AS TRAINING & COACHING SRL is the legal entity entering into the agreement for the MasterMyLife account and subscription.

The terms apply to visitors, members, professionals, organisation administrators, and people using a website published through MasterMyLife. Some features may have additional terms shown before activation; if there is a conflict, the feature-specific term prevails only for that feature.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights granted by law to a consumer or another protected person.

2. Agreements and important definitions

Your agreement with MasterMyLife is separate from the agreement between a professional and their client, Stripe's terms, and the terms of any external integration.

“Member” means a person using the network who may become a professional's client. “Professional” means a person or organisation building their presence, website, and business on top of the network. “Client” means a person buying, booking, or receiving a professional's services.

“Content” includes text, images, video, audio, files, comments, messages, offers, pages, and other uploaded material. “Plan” means the package of features, fees, and commercial conditions selected for a professional account.

3. Acceptance and version of the terms

You accept these terms when you tick the agreement during account creation, activate a feature that refers to them, or continue after a notice requiring acceptance of a new version. We record the version, language, date, and source of acceptance.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the regulated features. You may save or print this page for your records.

Viewing a public page without an account does not mean accepting a payment obligation, but it requires compliance with rules on conduct, intellectual property, security, and illegal content.

4. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required for the acts you perform. A person under 18 may not create or hold a MasterMyLife account.

For a professional account, paid subscription, or representation of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that person or organisation and provide the information entered.

MasterMyLife may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority, eligibility, or payment compliance. The ability to create an account is not a certification of professional qualifications.

5. Your account and its security

Provide accurate and current data, protect your password and email access, and do not let another person use your identity. You are responsible for authorised actions through your account and must promptly notify support of suspected access.

Do not buy, sell, transfer, or rent an account. A legitimate transfer of a business page or role must use the function provided by the platform.

We may require renewed authentication for sensitive operations, invalidate sessions, and temporarily block access where there is a compromise risk.

6. What MasterMyLife provides

MasterMyLife combines a social network with tools professionals can use to build and manage a business: profiles and pages, websites, content, communities, CRM, forms, bookings, courses, events, webinars, offers, payments, billing, analytics, and communications.

Exact availability depends on the plan, role, country, configuration, account status, and release stage of a feature. The description and price displayed before activation form part of that feature's commercial terms.

The platform includes built-in transactional emails at no separate charge and with no plan-based numerical limit for messages legitimately generated by its features. Sending remains subject to anti-abuse rules, security, delivery-provider requirements, and electronic-communications law.

7. The relationship between professionals and clients

Unless an offer or checkout expressly states otherwise, the professional determines and supplies the service or product offered to a client. The agreement for that service is between the professional and client.

The professional is responsible for identity, qualifications, licences, description, price, pre-contract information, appointments, performance, conformity, taxes, invoices, cancellations, withdrawals, refunds, and client complaints. The client should verify relevant information before purchasing.

MasterMyLife supplies infrastructure and does not guarantee a professional's results, competence, availability, or conduct. A badge or profile statement has only the meaning explained in the interface and is not a general endorsement.

MasterMyLife is not a medical or emergency service. Do not use the platform instead of emergency services, diagnosis, or care from an authorised professional where those are required.

8. Websites and business tools

The professional is responsible for the domain, pages, offers, forms, policies, consents, and content published on their website. They must hold required rights and comply with consumer protection, intellectual property, accessibility, advertising, tax, and data-protection law.

Data entered in CRM and business modules must come from a lawful source and be limited to what is necessary. Do not use the tools for purchased lists, unsolicited communications, or unlawful profiling.

External integrations are enabled by an authorised website holder. They must assess the provider's terms, purposes, transfers, and required consents.

9. Plans, pricing, and renewal

The plan, currency, billing period, features, price, taxes, and debit date are shown before ordering. An annual plan may display the discounted monthly equivalent for comparison, but the annual amount shown in the order summary is charged for the full period.

Subscriptions renew for the same period until renewal is stopped using the method available in the account or stated in the order confirmation. Stopping renewal takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law or offer provides a more favourable outcome.

An upgrade, downgrade, or billing-period change may result in adjustments, proration, or a new billing date displayed before confirmation. A failed payment may lead to retries, a grace period, feature restrictions, or plan termination.

We may change the price for a future period after reasonable notice. A price already agreed for the current period is not changed retroactively. Applicable taxes are those shown in the order and fiscal document.

10. Transactions, platform fees, and Stripe

Payments may be processed through Stripe or Stripe Connect. Users must also comply with Stripe terms applying to the account, payment method, or connected account.

The MasterMyLife platform fee applicable to the plan is currently 5% for Free, 4% for Starter, and 3% for Business and PRO. It is separate from and charged in addition to Stripe's payment-processing fees. Stripe fees vary by country, payment method, and transaction characteristics; current rates are available on the Stripe Romania pricing page.

The professional bears fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, negative balances, and tax duties allocated to them in checkout, the plan, or the Stripe agreement. MasterMyLife may withhold, set off, or recover amounts due only within the agreement and the law.

A technical refund through the platform does not itself determine the contractual party or remove the professional's duties to the client.

11. Consumer rights

If you act as an individual outside your trade or profession, you retain mandatory rights applying to digital services and distance contracts. These terms do not replace or restrict them.

A 14-day withdrawal right applies where the law grants it. If you request performance during the withdrawal period, you may owe the proportionate amount permitted by law. Loss of the right for digital content can occur only after express consent, acknowledgement of the consequence, and contract confirmation.

For a lack of conformity in a digital service, you may be entitled to restoration of conformity, a price reduction, or termination as provided by law. A negatively impacting modification may create additional rights.

For an agreement concluded online, you may use the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the end of this document and submit an unequivocal statement through the form. The interface electronically confirms that the request has been recorded. For a service sold directly by a professional, the request should also be sent to that professional, without excluding technical assistance from the platform.

12. Ownership of content

You retain your rights in content you create and upload. We do not acquire ownership of your text, images, courses, marks, or other material merely because it is hosted on the platform.

You confirm that you have the right to use and publish the content and have obtained required permissions for another person's image, voice, personal data, marks, and works.

MasterMyLife, its visual elements, code, brand, documentation, and content created by us are protected. You may not copy, resell, decompile, or use them outside permission granted by law or the platform feature.

13. Licence required to operate the platform

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, technical copying, format adaptation, display, transmission, and distribution required for your selected feature and audience.

The licence lasts while content is retained in the service and for the reasonable technical period needed to remove it from backups, caches, or previously initiated flows. Content shared with others may remain in copies or lawful reshares they made.

We do not use this licence to sell your work as a separate product or change the audience outside applicable features and settings.

14. Prohibited use

Do not use MasterMyLife unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in a way that harms another person's rights or safety.

  • Do not publish, sell, or facilitate goods, services, or content prohibited by law.
  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, incite hatred, exploit children, or distribute non-consensual intimate content.
  • Do not impersonate others, falsify qualifications, reviews, transactions, or popularity signals, or mislead clients.
  • Do not infringe copyright, marks, trade secrets, confidentiality, data protection, or image rights.
  • Do not transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass limits, controls, billing, or security measures.
  • Do not spam, scrape without permission, collect data in bulk, use abusive automation, or send communications without a lawful basis.
  • Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, payment manipulation, tax evasion, or exploitation of a vulnerability.
  • Do not make bad-faith reports about lawful content or use complaint systems for intimidation or unfair competition.

15. Moderation, illegal content, and appeals

We may reduce visibility, remove content, stop monetisation, restrict a feature, suspend, or close an account where there is a breach of these terms, a credible illegality notice, a security risk, fraud, abuse, legal duty, or harm to users.

Detection may use reports, technical rules, rate limits, and automated security or spam signals. Authorised personnel may assess context and evidence. We apply measures reasonably, objectively, and proportionately, considering severity, repetition, impact, and the rights of affected people.

You may report content through the reporting or contact feature, identifying the exact location, reason, explanation, required contact details, and a statement that the information is submitted in good faith and is accurate and complete. For a complete notice, we acknowledge receipt electronically and, where required by law, provide the decision and reasons for a restriction.

If you believe a measure is wrong, you may request review through support and provide context or evidence. We retain records needed for resolution, abuse prevention, and transparency duties.

16. Privacy and communications

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and browser technologies in the Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of the information framework, while consent to optional processing remains separate from acceptance of these terms.

Transactional emails are used to operate the service. Promotional communications must respect the recipient's choice and provide an unsubscribe mechanism where required by law.

The professional is responsible for their contact list, messages, and configuration of consents through their modules.

17. External services

Stripe, sign-in providers, calendars, video services, invoicing, analytics, domains, and other integrations are separate services. Their availability, security, and changes are also governed by the provider's terms.

We are not responsible for content or practices of an external service we do not control. We may disable an integration where it poses a risk, is no longer compatible, or the provider ends access.

An external link is not an endorsement of every statement, product, or practice on that website.

18. Availability, maintenance, and service changes

We use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents, updates, provider limitations, and events outside reasonable control may occur.

We may add, change, or withdraw features for security, compliance, performance, compatibility, or development reasons. A digital service is modified at no additional cost to the user and for a valid reason stated in the agreement. If a change negatively affects access to or use of the service beyond a minor extent, we provide clear advance notice on a durable medium and the right to terminate free of charge within 30 days where the law grants that right.

Security and compliance updates may be applied immediately where delay would create a risk.

19. Suspension, termination, and data after closure

You may stop using the service and request account closure. Before deletion, a business page may need to be transferred or an obligation affecting other users resolved.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, repeated abuse, or inability to lawfully provide the service. Outside emergencies and legal prohibitions, we provide the reason and a reasonable opportunity to remedy or appeal.

Termination does not erase accrued duties, pending transactions, client rights, or records the law requires us to retain. Eligible data is erased or anonymised, while commercial, fiscal, consent, audit, and dispute records may be retained.

Use export tools before closure if you want a copy of available data.

20. Warranties and liability

MasterMyLife is responsible for its service under the agreement and law. We do not guarantee a business result, number of clients, revenue, ranking, compatibility with every external system, or the outcome of a professional's service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably be anticipated when the agreement was made, user content, professional decisions, use contrary to these terms, or an uncontrolled external service.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, personal injury, duties that cannot be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

A professional is responsible for harm caused by their offer, content, conduct, breach of law, or unauthorised use of data under their control.

21. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law without depriving a consumer in the European Economic Area of mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence.

Before litigation, contact support and provide the information needed for direct resolution. A consumer may use complaint and alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms available through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection.

Court jurisdiction is determined by law. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to give up a court or remedy made available by mandatory rules.

22. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms to reflect new features or legal, security, commercial, or operational changes. The version date is shown at the top.

Material changes are communicated through an appropriate channel with reasonable notice before application unless an immediate security measure is required or the law provides otherwise.

Where a change requires renewed acceptance, access to the relevant feature may depend on confirming the updated version. Rights and obligations arising earlier remain governed by the version applicable at that time.

23. Contact and language versions

For questions, complaints, withdrawal, content reports, or challenges to a measure, use the MasterMyLife contact form, email contact@bootcamp.ro, or call +40 737 447 744 and identify the relevant account, website, transaction, or content. You may also send correspondence to the AS TRAINING & COACHING SRL registered office stated in the first section.

The Romanian and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. If an interpretation differs, the meaning compatible with applicable law and mandatory protection is used, not an interpretation that removes a person's rights.
